This is my fourth and, I think, last time there. On the first time, I had to replace my Shellac lack, that I got somewhere else. When I saw that the girl was going to use a little mill, I took away my hand and said, that it could be harmful for my nails (in the past, the lack was always removed only with the solvent, the light and the manual instrument whose I don't know the name). She reassured me, saying that there wouldn't be a problem. She was so kind and she looked so professional that I trusted her. That Shellac treatment lasted only ten days: after a couple of days, a couple of air bubbles formed under the lack and in a few days they broke. I went there again, said it, she replied it was strange, used again the mill and put another lack. After 6 days one of my nails brake and on another the Shellac brake: I sent a picture to the manager. She was very kind, I must say, and offered me a free treatment to replace the lack. She said nevertheless that it was because of my nail, not because of the lack. Strange, I replied, I never had breakable nails before. Again, after the treatment, another nail broke. I went then to remove it all. Result: now I can see that my nails look like excavated in several points: no surprise that they brake so often.
Moreover, when the girl was removing the lack, I asked for a quick manicure, she said that she didn't have time, proposed me for another worker; I saw that anyway it's was too late for me and I refused. She filed superficially (not more than 2 minutes) my nails and asked for 35 CHF for the quick manicure. Another bad surprise.
I must say, I am very sorry to write all this. All the girls and the manager are very kind and you can see, they really want to work well. But it would not be fair saying everything is ok, only because the place looks amazing and the girls and the manager are so kind. I had a damage because of the used technique and they should know.
