I really wanted to enjoy this but it was really difficult. The person that did my treatment was super unfriendly- to the point where he seemed completely uninterested and uninvited in doing a decent job. The salon was very busy and because of this we (or other customers) were constantly interrupted by phone calls or spontaneous clients walking in. It is in a shopping mall do so that is to be expected- but perhaps they should schedule one less service at least on Saturday’s so they can have one person attend to the interest. Could only choose gel colors - even though there was a separate (more expensive) option with gel, therefore I assumed normal color was available. The manicure was very slow and even the lotion at the end I was told to put on myself…. :(. Will not be returning.
