Kaya was lovely, we had a really nice chat whilst she was cutting my hair. She cut then asked me about the length and I gave her the green light to cut more; which showed me Kaya was being very attentive to my wishes. She then styled my hair exactly how I wanted! I am very happy and will be going back :)
