Es ist immer eine angenehme atmosphäre. Die nägel werden effizient aber trotzdem qualitativ verarbeitet. Wünsche werden akurat umgesetz :) ich komme immer wieder gerne <3

Never again! I was verbally assaulted and bullied by the team leader (?) after the correction of a classic manicure that was even worse than the first time. The tech gaslighted, raised her voice, and in the end started screaming help! Help!; embarrassing me in front of a dozen people at HB who stopped to “help” this crazy woman, violent woman! Even though I needed help! Simply because I asked for the boss’s contact after she said to speak to the boss. Who is the boss? No name, no contact!

C'est bien rapport prix qualité, Je vais refaire chez eux, ils sont à l'écoute si tu es hésitante, le travail est bien et rapide, j'ai pas donné 5 étoile car le résultat est bon mais mes ongles griffe et le coin est blanc, mais en général bon.
