I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. It had always been a great experience until Lucy, the new employee did my pedicure. She completely slashed open big wounds with a razor on both of my feet-I have taken pictures to prove it. She didn't stop or correct it when I said my feet were hurting. I couldn't walk for 10 days-which was supposed to be my Christmas vacation. I wrote to the salon an email to tell them about my experience. They didn't even bother to write an answer and apologize
