Amazing atmosphere, but terrible service. Patrizia mixed something up and prepared everything for pedicure instead of manicure. Reorganization took 15 min. Instruments were not sterilized (hope they were at least disinfected). Shellack manicure is not only covering nails with a fancy nail polish. It is also cleaning the nail plate, smoothing it, giving it a shape, fixing broken nails. None of it was done. As a result three nails were broken after a week. My previous I was wearing over four weeks
