Sauberkeit ist nicht gegeben. Die Unterlage, die Schleifgeräte, die Feilen werden nicht gewechselter desinfiziert. Ausserdem sprechen die Mitarbeiter untereinander lautstark vietnamesisch und jede Kundin sitzt davor und weiss nicht über was sie reden. Nicht so angenehm.

I didn't have Lucas but rather a woman doing my nails. She seemed rushed towards the end. No attention to detail. I had to ask her to correct mistakes 3 separate times and I still ended up with lumpy and uneven nail lengths/designs (I only had smile french tips which shouldn't be that hard). I also had to file some nails at home just to make the ends even. I've never had nails look so unprofessionally done, it was very disappointing.
