Only one thing...you really need to do something with the noise of the waiting area.. maybe build up a wall or something

Also it’s people fault cause they do not respect the area they are entering and they are speaking loud or dragging their feet etc but this is a massage place and
We are going there to relax
You could ask the clients politely to not speak so loud or find another solution
