Unfortunately, appointments booked through Treatwell are NEVER kept. There are always extreme delays. The nails are basically done professionally and beautifully - but not always. Sometimes they do not have the same length, shape and also the color is not applied beautifully everywhere. I have been a customer since August 2022 until today, but will now change.

Unfortunately, the agreed deadlines are NEVER met. There are constant delays. Today I was told they called me to tell me to come with my mother and not as agreed at 10 o'clock. The problem: I didn't receive a call. The organization is a disaster. The nails are made professionally and beautifully but the service leaves much to be desired. I have been a customer since August 2022 - but will now look for alternatives.
