The staff was very sweet and gentle but about half of the eyelashes have fallen off within a few days even though I have been careful not to wet or touch them as usual...the last staff smelled so much tobacco but the eyelashes lasted a very long time and it was the best so far in Zurich :-) They have lots of staff and I hope to be lucky next time.

Ich habe viele Salon in der Umgebung ausprobiert und war immer sehr enttäuscht, hier im Luv Nails war ich au sehr unsicher und wollte sogar meine Termin absagen, aber ich dachte ich geb ihnen 1 Chance, Hai hat meine Gel Nägel neu aufgefüllt und Natur gemacht, meine Erwartungen haben sich voll und ganz erfüllt, Hai war sehr kompetent er spricht fliessend Deutsch und ging auf all meine wünsche ein, gute Beratung und eine herzliche Empfang & top arbeit, Hai war sympathisch und sehr schnell.
