Die kompetente Kosmetikerin hat sehr fein und sorgfältig gearbeitet. Nach der Behandlung hatte ich ein dermassen tolles Hautgefühl, dass ich für die Zukunft den Entschluss gefasst habe, mir diesen Luxus immer mal wieder zu gönnen.

I was very happy about the atmosphere, the products and the service, until I realized that the cosmetician left me a lot of marks on my skin. I am therefore very disappointed... I hope the Kosmetikinstitut can do something to repair this!
