Very upsetting experience.
The appointment was on Friday afternoon. When I arrived the employee I booked with (Anna) was busy. So I was told that her colleague (a guy, but he did not introduced himself) will take my appointment. So, I watched him remove my old shellac and he did hit my nails a few times so it hurt... but he did not seem to care much about it. Then the color part started. At the end when I was leaving my nails where all matt but I thought it’s because of the creme and ouls he put and that once I wash my gands it will look the way it is supposed to look. in addition to that, I noticed that he put crazy amount of lack on my nails and some of the nails looked not pretty at all. the next day around 10:30AM I went back to them and showed them the work their colleague did (he was not there). There was one employee and the manager (?) there. So they aknowledged the misstake and fixed the nails to the point that it was shiney as it is supposed to be. I also pointed out that I don’t like how it looks like because of the extra thick polish at some places. so they offered me to take it all away and do it again. As I had other plans for the day we agreed that i’ll come again on Monday at 12PM and they will do it all new again. I watched them out this appointment into their calendar. On Monday (today) I arrived at the place at 12PM sharp and I see two other emplyees, both busy, and the manager from Saturday. So, I tell her I have an appointment now. She then looks at the calander and realizes that they forgot me and now both employees ar busy (they literally just started). So asks me if 2PM or maybe 3PM would work for me. As you can imagine I have a job and other things to do and the fact that I had to go back to the salon today was already an inconvenience and waist of my time, so I say that no, 2 or 3PM does not work for me and I say I want my money back. So the manager then talk to one of the womens who are about the get their nails done and asks her if she would wait until they first fix my problem. The woman agrees (very nice lady! and i’m sorry that she had to wait because of me). So I sit down to get my nails done all over again. The girl is nervous and in a rush because she has that other customer waiting, so she hits my nail a few times with that polisher (no idea how do you call that polish removal
machine) my nails a few times so that it hurts!!! so at this time I told her that all she needs to do is just to remove the polish and the i’m out of there. She then tells this to her manager in their own language. the manager first stands still and then asks me very carefully why I don’t want any color. I just say that this whole experiance is way to much for me and that I want to get out of there as soon as possible. which is what happened just after they finished.
so, the conclusion is rather sad. this was supposed to be my Friday treat to myseld after a long and exhausting week and it turned into this extremely negative experiance. And here I am on Monday, no pretty nails, lots of damage to my nails aaaand money spend for nothing!
