Usually very happy with the professionalism and good feeling when visiting the other salons. This was a big surprise on the opposite spectrum.
As I came 7 minutes late, I understood that maybe some parts of the booking might not work with the time. However as a customer I would hope I get to choose which part we can skip. Was told from the get go that it would be the sacrifice of the nail design. Even though I had explained that I was getting this manicure for a very important work event the week after. After much discussion, work carried on, nail colour was asked for choosing. Even though I showed a picture and mentioned that I did not want the colour to be too pink, as it was for a work event - that was exactly what I ended up with. No offer to change it or modify, after all it seemed that the usual customer centric great experience I came to love was not present at Seefeld.
