service bad, tools not sterilized, not disinfected. The cutter nipper was just sprayed with something like disinfectant, but it did not look professional. The rest: nail cutter, cuticle pusher was not sterilized. Nail file, nail buffer and files for the milling machine very worn. (I was always convinced that new files and new inserts are used for the milling machine fir each manicure. I had it like this until now....). I had requested a classic manicure without painting . I had already old shellack on my nails. I have requestesd to remove it and make a classik manicure (according to the prise list it should be with massage but no massage was included. The lady removed my old shellac with Nails milling maschine The nails is dull and uneven, there are some markings on the nails..and nails are very sensitive now. .The price 30chf, time 30min. Not recomended to anyone!

ich war bei Katarina. Sie ist eine wertvolle Mitarbeiterin, Auf solche noch treue Mitarbeiter muss man achten. Und nicht damit spielen. Ich komme nicht regelmässig, aber wenn ich komme dann gerne nurnoch bei ihr. sie ist schnell, sehr genau, sehr ehrlich und hat ein Auge für Präzision. Weiter so Katarina!
