The whole procedure was fast, like 10min, which is really good. Besides, Carmen was very nice. But the waxing can be a little bit more gentle(since I had a very comfortable experience before somewhere else, they give you a few seconds break between each removement of the wax, so you get prepared for certain areas that hurt more). In general, it is good.
