Es war mein erster Besuch in dem Salon am Samstag Abend. Zuerst gab es Unstimmigkeiten mit meiner Reservierung (was ich mitbekommen habe ist, dass sie sie glaube ich nicht gesehen haben..) Da ich zu dem Zeitpunkt aber die einzige Kundin war wurde ich trotzdem freundlich und geschult behandelt. Auch wenn die Hauptsprache der Angestellten Spanisch ist haben wir uns gut verstanden und ich wurde herzlich bedient und war am Ende mit dem Result zufrieden.

I sent two emails to the salon after I had an infection from the wax. They pulled several layers of skin off and I bled through my shirt on my short tram ride home. No response. I was in the hospital twice for this wax. No response still. I am sending a third email today as the infection has come back. They didn’t do the eyebrow tint or eyelash treatment at all. They seemed annoyed when I asked about it (even though I booked it originally).
