I didn’t have my appointment so I cannot comment on service quality.
My appointment was booked for 9am, at 8:45am I received a call informing me the beautician will be 30 minutes late and asking me to come for 9:30 and that everything will be ready and they will still finish on time. At 9:30 I went to the beauty salon. The door was closed and the lights were off. I rang the bell but no one came. I called and texted the beautician who didn’t reply. I still don’t know what happened. Unreliable!
