VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!! I had an appointement with Fahmida, but she was sick (this was understandable). The replacement came 10 minutes late.
Even if they corfirmed by email that the under arm is included in the whole arm waxing, they charged me 30 CHF more for it.

Estella is amazing! She never works just above the surface, which i appreciate extremely! I always feel very clean and groomed after my pedicure. Thank you for making my feet and toes looks pretty :)
