After booking through treatwell, I received a whatsapp message requesting to change the time of my appointment the evening before it was meant to take place. I agreed, but when I showed up at the new time there was no one there. I tried phoning and emailing but was unable to reach anyone. I have requested a refund as I prepaid through treatwell but I have yet to receive it.
