Paid for a 3 hour pedicure and manicure with gel. The owner, Tina, finished it all less than 2 hours and was proud about it. Meaning she didn’t do everything that she didn’t do procedure that she’s suppose to do. Her precision on forming gel nails is mediocre. I’m left with one nail that is thicker than the rest. She could have filed it down to make it look natural. Another nail looks like a bubble since she didn’t file the sides down. The gel polish next to the cuticles is sloppy work. She also told me that she didn’t have to put gloss over the gel because it didn’t need it but she will do it anyways. No attention to detail and gel left on cuticles. She didn’t clean underneath either my nails or toe nails. If I wanted work like this done, I could’ve just done it at home. Where you get your pedicure done, it’s very beautiful and clean however where your suppose to put your feet for the pedicure, the bowl is so tiny I couldn’t fit my feet in them. She didn’t exfoliate my feet either. She said I have to go to a pedologist to get the dead skin off which isn’t true. If she scrubbed and did what she was suppose to do during 1 1/2 hour pedicure, my heels wouldn’t still look ashy and the work would’ve looked immaculate. I’m ashamed I spent so much when the work looks cheap.

Ich bin sehr happy mit dem Ergebnis. Von Rotbraunen zu Braunblonden Haare ist nicht einfach. Martina weiss aber genau was sie macht und hat ein wahres Talent für Farben.
Das ganze Team ist sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend.
Werde definitiv wieder kommen.
