Top Ergebnis wie immer. Je klarer man vorher weiss (und sagt), was man möchte, desto besser wird das Resultat.

Zu fest an der Nagelhaut/Wall geschliffen, dass es gebrannt hat.
Ich war ebenfalls verwirrt, da ich immer dasselbe gebucht habe für Manicure mit Gellack musste ich 15.- mehr bezahlen, weil dieser Gellack die sie benutzt hatte ein spezieller Gellack ist.

I really like the shape and Kevin is always very precise. I was a bit indecisive about the color at first but he helped me find exactly what I needed. I always come back to this salon as they are precise, fast, meticulously clean and have a great choice of colors.

Ich gehe seit Jahren regelmässig in den Salon und war mit den Ergebnissen auch meistens zufrieden. Leider war Christin extrem unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt. Es fand keine Kommunikation statt, das einzige was sie mal sehr genervt sagte war "LOCKER!". Zu ihr gehe ich auf keinen Fall wieder, schade. Vor allem bin ich allen Mitarbeitenden gegenüber immer sehr nett und respektvoll & würde das auch zurück erwarten. Kevin und de Rest waren immer nett.
