Sehr gute Pedicure. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sorgen sich ständig um das wohlbefinden der Kunden. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem beim Ausziehen/Anziehen der Strümpfe und die Mitarbeiterin hat mir spontan geholfen. Aber vor allem die Art und Weise, wie die Nägel gekürzt worden sind fand ich sehr gut. Ich habe keinen Lack auftragen lassen, darum kann ich darüber nicht berichten.

Dear Nails Saloon,
I was really looking forward for my nails since is closer to where I live I have decided to give a go. However after this experience I am not coming back. I had appoitmnet at 13:00. I have parked my car and I show up 5 min before 13:00 I can't imagine that nobody ever greet me. Later on 13:15 I start with a man to do my nails he was really nice. After rubbing first layer of gel off Nicole wanted to do exactly the same while already was done by Mr. She was so rude when I said it hurts me she stand up and went away. Then both was talking Vietnameesee with each other without any sorry from her. I never seen so mean and rude person working so close with the client! She just can't do her job. When I have received text and e-mail I was so happy about serivice now alsoyou are checking thats a plus but they all the time speak in Vietnamesses its not proffesional! It should be beautiful experience for a woman she should feel special not as enemy! Then you boss call the Mr. and then he tried to talk and do my nails I said stop focus on the conversation with the boss. But what you did to him I don't know he was really shaking !!! He was really scared! I don't even mention that becasue of that I coudn't be on time on my next appoitment becasue I was done with nails at 14:30!!! The quality ? I do my nails since 10 years! I now that I could give 30CHF more and would feel specil treated like a customer. They didn't advise when they will be ready to let me start also where is information about payment method ? That there is accepted only cash! Customer should know about it! I really am disspoineted about unkind personell of course Mr said sorry in the end but to pay for this 60CHF? Each nail looks different and they are not shaped well. I would maybe feel better when they would offer a rabatt for the behavior of the Nicole and rude atittude ! but not even sorry from her? I speak german and english but she didn't say a word to me in either ! This is how they care about this job!? and I would do nails every 3 week and now would never come back! For demaging my nails and rude experience I shouldn't pay and how many people was copmlaining during my visit there was scary to come back. I thank you for this experience and I am shocked about lack of fresh air there! How can you keep this people in this horrible smell? How dirty the desk I avoid to say. The studio itself looks pretty the online Termin abachen great! and the reminder SMS also great but late appoitment, Vietamesse talk, no sorry, lack of quality killed my first impression, NO smile!, rude Nicole etc . really put me off. Es ist immerwieder mühsam das dass personal ständig wechselt. Bin eine treue kundin. Aber jetzt überlege ich mir ernsthaft ob ich mir etwas neues suche. Doof war auch.. dass sie mich nicht verstanden hat.
Gearbeitet hat sie zwar gut. Aber alles drum herum hat mich etwas gestört.

Ich hatte den letzten Termin und der, der mir die Nägel gemacht hat, hat sehr pressiert. Er ist einmal abgerutscht und hat mich zweimal verletzt. Das Endresultat und alles in allem war ok
