Over priced for the service the person who did was not able to speak English nor German

Employee can't speak German so no communication possible, very unmotivated and was often on the cell phone instead of working. After 2 hours she was done and the nail shape was terrible. The nails weren't filed after I repeated several times that I didn't like the shape at all she said it was no longer possible to file my nails so another employee tried to file my nails but the nails were still terrible.
the salon has good employees but unfortunately i am very disappointed with veronika

worst pedicure ever! had to wait over 15min, then she was most of the time at the same time while doing my pedicure texting on the phone, then she ruined her own work by touching the still wet colour so she hat to do it again and after all they said it‘s finished and dry and when I putted my shoes on, it was all damaged again as it wasn‘t dry at all! almost 2 hours there for nothing! oh and I forgot…I still had to pay chf 65 and she acted as she was doing me a favour! absolutely a disaster!!
