To day I had a pedicure at Herbal Spa Lowenplatz. First, The service was not that good. Secondly, they « forgot » the foot massage whatcha was included in the package I bought so had to remind them and thirdly, when finished I asked them to put a bit of oil and protection paper around my foot fingers since I was not sure the nail polish was 100% dried. They told me they would not do it since for them the polish was absolutely dried. I asked another time to someone else and same answer. Anyway, I just came home and realized the nail polish wasn’t dried and stuck to my socks. I tried to call them 10 times but no answer.

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden mit dem Service. Nur war es ziemlich viel los um die Mittagszeit und man konnte die Terminen der Kunden besser organisieren. (Es scheint nur eine Nailtechnician zu geben, die Nagelmodellage macht und wenn mehrere Kundinnen auf einmal kommen, wirds mühsam mit warten)

Sie war sehr schnell. Ich war sehr zufrieden, ich musste ihr nur manchmal sagen wenn ein Nagel nicht gerade gefeilt war, sie hat es aber schnell ausgebessert.

I would have beared the fact that the salon was extremely busy and loud, or that the lady hardly spoke neither English, German or French. But it became quickly obvious that she was inexperienced. My nails chipped quickly after, too - which usually never happens. I am not really familiar with what makes a gel-mani perfect but my usual manicurist I saw a few weeks later was also appalled by what the last manicurist had done (use of aggressive products, too much filling, ....).
