I booked the service “hair tone and blow-dry” for 101 CHF. I’ve called in just before the appointment to inform that I’m pregnant and therefore I would like to use my own hair dye ammonia free. The lady informed that would be fine, however the price would not change. I agreed to that. At the end, they charged me more than price booked just because my own product was real color not toner, even though that didn’t change anything in the service. The blow dry was alo poorly done. Left frustrated!
