It was difficult to book the appointment because Josephina could not find how to book it. Then Josephina found one appointment with herself. I had a lot of pain because of very hot wax during the hair removal. At the end my skin got burned, became red and I had pain for an entire day. I had hair removal appointments in the past with Spela and it was really good. This time I was disappointed. At the end of the appointment I was not offered a discount on products, as usually, so I did not buy any
